At Forstone Capital, we are constantly expanding our portfolio with new, value-add acquisitions in emerging urban markets. Currently, our efforts are concentrated in Fairfield County, Connecticut. For any potential development site or operating property, we perform an in-depth review of the external environment, property characteristics, capital markets, and upside potential. This analysis provides the basis for detailed financial projections of the economic viability of a project on a risk-adjusted basis.
