Prior to starting Forstone Capital, Brett Wilderman was director of acquisitions for HEI Hospitality, a real estate firm that specializes in acquiring and managing first-class, full-service hotels throughout the United States. Mr. Wilderman was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and successfully closing on new acquisitions for HEI. Before joining HEI, Mr. Wilderman was an acquisitions manager for Louis Dreyfus Property Group where he was responsible for sourcing and completing new equity investments and assisting in the financing and disposition of the portfolio. |
Brandon P. Hall Principal |
Prior to starting Forstone Capital, Brandon Hall was a senior associate for GE Commercial Finance Real Estate as a member of North America Equity Holdings. He focused on developing equity partnerships with national and local operators and helped acquire a $2.5B portfolio during his time at GE. Before joining GE Real Estate, Mr. Hall was an account executive at My ePHIT, a specialized healthcare firm located in Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Hall is currently on the NAIOP Board of Directors for the Connecticut, Westchester County Chapter. |

Since joining Forstone Capital in 2007, Ryan McClay has been primarily responsible for overseeing tenant buildouts, initiating and managing capital improvement projects, maintaining strong tenant relations, the development of energy management initiatives, and the day-to-day management of the Forstone property staff. Prior to joining Forstone Capital, Mr. McClay was the Managing Partner of Turf World LLC. |
Scott N. Raasch Director of Business Development |
Scott Raasch is primarily responsible for assisting in the development and execution of Forstone Capital’s asset management strategy, which includes financial reporting & analysis, property leasing, marketing, project management and assisting with new acquisitions. Prior to joining Forstone Capital, Mr. Raasch was a commercial retail broker at Moseley Real Estate Advisors in Charlotte, NC. Before joining Moseley REA, Mr. Raasch also worked at ICAP Interdealer Broker and at Richter Cornbrooks Gribble architecture firm in Baltimore, MD. |
Connie Belush Office Manager |
Connie Belush is primarily responsible for property accounting and assistance in the day-to-day operations of both Forstone Capital and the Property Management team. Prior to joining Forstone Capital, Ms. Belush was a Global Project Administrator at Citigroup Asset Management and a former Senior Project Administrator for Norden Systems. She is active in the real estate market as a residential sales agent and has held her Connecticut real estate license since 2003. |
