Brandon Hall is Co-Founder and Principal of Forstone Capital, a fully integrated real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and operating mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and select Southeastern markets. Through its in-house development, construction, and property management platform, Forstone pursues a disciplined investment strategy that creates long-term value through active ownership, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
In addition to co-founding Forstone Capital, Brandon co-founded West Broad Construction, a full-service general contracting and construction management firm that supports Forstone's development activities while also serving select third-party clients. Together, the firms provide an integrated platform that enhances project execution, cost control, and quality throughout the development process.
Prior to co-founding Forstone Capital, Brandon began his career at GE Real Estate after earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University, where he was a two-time captain of the varsity lacrosse team.
Brandon serves on the Advisory Board of the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate and is a Trustee of the Brunswick School. He previously served as President of the Westchester/Fairfield Chapter of NAIOP.
