Apollo Beach is an approximately 180-acre residential development opportunity located along Florida’s Tampa Bay coast. The project is envisioned as a thoughtfully planned community combining new housing with recreational amenities that take advantage of the area’s waterfront setting and established boating lifestyle.

The first phase is planned to include approximately 100 to 130 residential lots together with a yacht club, creating a distinctive coastal community centered around outdoor recreation and access to the water. A future second phase is being evaluated for additional residential development, subject to the necessary planning and rezoning approvals.
