Patrick Wells Condominiums is a 35,000 square foot, 36-unit, three-story walk-up apartment complex. Patrick Wells was originally constructed in 1920 and renovated in 2006. 86 Pequonnock is a 14,520 square foot, 23-unit, five-story apartment complex.
86 Pequonnock was originally constructed in 1917 and renovated in 2006. Since acquisition, we have successfully rezoned the one-time boarding house into an apartment complex that is currently 96% leased.
